I am senior consultant at The RPC Group, a full-service boutique consulting firm committed to expert representation of their clients. I offer depth and variety of experience in real estate brokerage and the appraisal and valuation of real property. I have established myself as a valuation leader in a wide range of roles, including litigation support, review, and consulting. My valuation of property types
includes: single-family residential, condominiums, apartments, office, retail, industrial, special-purpose properties and vacant land. I'm also experienced with easement valuation, eminent domain, leased fee and leasehold interests, and market research studies.

My primary focus over the past 10-15 years has been real estate damage economics and property value diminution. I'm a qualified expert in local, state and federal courts with testimony being
